The Ninny,The Governess My Opinion:

The Governess had more courage to go to her boss for the rebuls she deserved but even though the boss kept saying I made a note of it she was still being a polite person and got the unfair payment of money. The Ninny was not being confident to get the correct amount of money she was to scared to say it out of fear she would be unemployed but mostly the fear of the social class ranking.
