Dead Poets Society
“Seize the day, because, believe it or not, each and every one of us in this room is one day going to stop breathing, turn cold and die.” This is a quote from Mr. Keating of Dead Poet’s Society. This quote explains the meaning of life in two sentences. This quote touched me because life goes on fast so you have to live it and make good things happen in this short life. Life is too short to wait for things last minute because anyone can die any day anywhere, of anything. This quote means a lot to me because we haven't got a chance to see what the world is like because we’re not free yet. Right now we all live around nothing but violence. Life is you go to school, you graduate, you get a job, you get married, you have kids, then you die. You can be 10 years old one day, you blink your eyes and then you're 70 years old! Everyone dies so everyone has to live life to the fullest. Seize the day like you're going to die tomorrow!
On my journey through life I'm going to make all right choices and live by this quote. I am going to make sure that my life is a good one. When I choose my path I’ll make sure it is a good path. I’ll try not to make any bad choices and stay with the path I pick. When you choose your path to live be careful because you could go down a wrong road.
Nice job! I have to disagree with you a little bit though. I don't think life flashes by that fast. I don't know much because I'm younger, but I don't think it goes by as fast as your saying. Either way you have to make the best of it though. I also think part of life is making bad choices. Even bad choices lead you down the path you are supposed to go. That's just my opinion though. Nice job!
ReplyDeleteNice job! I like how you added a lot of information and explained your work. I have to disagree with you though. I don't think that life passes by super fast like you are saying. Maybe sometimes it seems like a week goes by like a blur, but life doesn't go by super fast. That is just my opinion. Great job!

Great job. I was interested in one of the things you commented "Right now we all live around nothing but violence." I disagree with you a little on this one because some people done have a lot of violence in their life, so not everyone lives around nothing but violence.

Nice post! I don't agree though when you said "When I choose my path im going to make sure its a good one," because I don't think you can choose how life's going to go. I think you just have to go along with it because everything happens for a reason. Great post though!

Nice post. I agree and disagree though. I think that there are always right choices but there will always be a wrong choice that you make. I don't think that everything that you chose in life is going to happen. I like your post!

Great post! I don't agree with it though. I think that you cant choose your path in life. You will always make mistakes and make wrong choices in life and there's no way to stop that. Anything can happen.

Great post. I really liked what you wrote because you made it really detailed and informative. I disagree with what you said about how we are all surrounded by violence. I disagree due to the fact that I and most of my peers aren't, but then again I can't say that about everybody on this planet. What are the benefits to living life the fullest? I like this post. I like it, because it explains the meaning of life. How you shouldn't wait for life to roll itself out. You have to give it a shove. You also shouldn't be afraid to do what makes you happy. How did you find that quote?
