Pride, Prejudice and childhood innocence all drive this stunning novel “To Kill A Mockingbird” by Harper Lee.”Real courage is not a man with a gun. It’s fighting when you know you’re licked from the beginning” Atticus finch a main character In this novel stated this quote when he was trying to show his children what real courage is. In Atticus’s eyes and in mine courage is fighting with all you have even if you know you’re going to lose. I fullheartedly believe in this quote and anyone who might say different may need to read the actual book.Courage is a funny thing,It’s hard to explain one person because we all have our own rendition of what it may be.Courage, faith and love are all hard words to live by because they have no definitive meaning everybody has their own version they live by...I live by this one.So no matter the odds or threats you must fight on and show that no threat will deter you from your goals.
Nice job Jacob. I also believe in this quote. I liked how you explained what the quote means to you.
