I believe that th...I agree with your comment Drew. I believe that the people in the community should be allowed to read and have the ability to increase their knowledge about what is going on beyond their community. This would cause small stirs, but would not cause a huge uprising, which is the reason that they are not allowed to read books other than the dictionary, the Book of Rules, and the book about their community.
